Nestled in a patch of blueberry bushes overlooking the pond Berry Hill is perfect for those looking for a quiet weekend getaway. This is the only site that is located directly on the pond, making it easy to spend an afternoon casting out or calling in ducks! It’s also a popular location amongst the wildlife eating off the berry bushes and apple trees, so if you keep your eyes open you’re sure to spot plenty of deer and other animals!

Our quaint pond is the perfect place to kick up your feet and take in nature. Bring your own fishing gear or rent ours. This pond is catch and release only and all adults must have a NYS Fishing License.

Bring your marshmallows to enjoy smores under the stars! The fire pit comes stocked with wood and kindling. It’s the perfect place to relax after a long day of adventures.

With nearly 200 acres to explore, our hiking trails take you through fields, blueberry patches, past our pond, deep into the woods, and out through the scenic swamp.

The property is home to countless animal herds. You’ll see plenty of deer grazing in the fields, ducks swimming in the pond, as well as eagles and hawks hunting in the air above. At night, if you listen, you’ll probably hear coyotes howling in the distance!
