Fanghorn Forest is our only campsite located in the woods. Fall asleep under the tree canopies and wake up to deer walking through the woods. Enjoy a leisurely walk through hay fields, spotting turkeys and eagles , as you make your way to the pond where you can enjoy an afternoon fishing or watching the pairs of ducks that call this place home.
This teepee comfortably fits an air mattress and two adults, making it ideal for couples who want to escape into nature or explore the Sullivan Catskills.

Our quaint pond is the perfect place to kick up your feet and take in nature. Bring your own fishing gear or rent ours. This pond is catch and release only and all adults must have a NYS Fishing License.

With nearly 200 acres to explore, our hiking trails take you through fields, blueberry patches, past our pond, deep into the woods, and out through scenic marshland.

The property is home to countless animal herds. You’ll see plenty of deer grazing in the fields, ducks swimming in the pond, as well as eagles and hawks hunting in the air above. At night, if you listen you’ll probably hear coyotes howling in the distance!
